From Highway 52 South

Take the 19th Street NW exit. Turn left on 19th Street and go east over the Highway 52 bridge.  Turn right on Assisi Drive.  The hospital is located at the intersection of Assisi Drive and 14th Street NW approximately 1/4 mile from 19th Street on the right.

From Highway 52 North

Take the 19th Street exit.  Turn right onto Assisi Drive.  The hospital is located at the intersection of Assisi Drive and 14th Street on the right.

From Highway 63 (Broadway)

Turn west onto 13th Street at Silver Lake.  13th Street turns into 14th Street.  Continue on 14th Street to the intersection with Assisi Drive and 11th Avenue.  The hospital is located across the intersection on the right.

From Civic Center Drive

Turn north on 11th Avenue NW.  Continue north on 11th Avenue until coming to the intersection with 14th Street NW.  The hospital is located across the intersection on the left.
